This new online shop has been designed to celebrate the wonderful wearable art created by talented designers. Charles and Patricia Lester are leaders in their field of creating clothes which celebrate individuality and aesthetic excellence. Any of the items can be made as bespoke pieces to your specific measurements and colour choice. Many are rare 'one off' items allowing you to own and enjoy clothes that enable you to express who and what you are as someone equally unique and individual.

Charles and Patricia Lester's textiles are completely original as each piece is hand painted, printed and/or pleated prior to being made into a garment. No two pieces will ever be the same and although there might be similarities, every piece is unique and as such there will often only ever be one available. None are mass produced and all are hand crafted by our specialist team in Abergavenny, a small market town in Wales, UK.

Please remember that many of the pieces are literally the only ones in existence - once that piece has gone - it really has gone and might never be made again. The vintage and art pieces which we will be revealing later in the month - are absolutely completely and utterly single items, never-to-be-repeated one-offs that you will NEVER be able to buy ANYWHERE else in the world.

We have tried to create categories so that you can browse items by the style types, colour groups, fabrics, types of occasions, and of course sizes. They are only guides and of course there are always plenty of cross-overs so take it as a general guide rather than a definitive set of rules.

If you are not sure what to do or where to find things then please get in touch. We are very friendly here and our small team of people are all happy to help you wherever and whenever we can. Some of us are more technically minded than others, whilst some are a dab hand at finding the perfect outfit in the perfect colour, size, design and fabric just for you.
