This was called a Raleigh jacket because it conjured images of jackets laid down across a muddy puddle before a Queen! Lined with the same velvet gives the coat a delicious feel. A wonderful coat to wear on a cool evening that is more eye catching than old fashioned fur. The coat is padded and quilted through the design with beadwork. If the label is removed it can be worn inside out for a change of look.

Made in the luxury French velvet, this garment can be special ordered but it will have to be made in our regular cloth because sadly this luscious fabric is no long available.
