In order to add variation to the collection we thought we would try making some waistcoats. Prompted by a request to make men's waistcoats out of our fabric we explored the idea and started trying to find ways of making luxury evening waistcoats for ladies. The exercise resulted in a difficult journey and it was decided not to pursue this avenue - we therefore have a number of experimental pieces that are now in the vintage section. The print on this piece is Lester Patchwork because it has a bit of Patricia's, Charles's and Georgina's design in the print!
